Huge peach and citrus notes on this hazy IPA. This beer is centered around Pacific Sunrise hops.

a: hazy burnt orange color with a hint of brass and copper. 1 finger frothy, rocky off-white head
s: sharp orange peel to start followed by some smooth mango sorbet. kiwi, guava, tangerine and some faint bready notes. a touch of sweet creamsicle ice cream at the end. very nice aroma - tangy, yet pillowy
t: mellow orange juice and creamsicle. clementines and guava follow along with passionfruit and a sweet bready note. a touch of bitter citrus peel at the end
m: SUPER fluffy medium mouthfeel with medium-low carbonation
o: a pretty tasty NEIPA. the aroma is more intense than the flavor, but the flavor has nice harmonization. insanely fluffy mouthfeel reminds me of some of the OG Trillium beers

Reviewed 5 days after canning. Poured into a Willi Becher glass. It pours a murky, dirty orange color with more than two fingers of long-lasting, creamy, egg white head and lots of thick, clinging lacing. The lacing is as thick as I've seen from a can pour in quite awhile. A bright, fruity nose with lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, peach, and stone fruit. The taste follows with both tart citrus and sweeter notes of stone fruit, balanced by a good dose of pine sap. Great balance of tropical sweetness and resinous bitterness. The mouth feel is luxuriously thick and creamy for 6.7% ABV. Overall, Cassandra Gemini is a work of art. This is seriously, high-level good for a brewery open only 6 months.
