Pint pour on draught at the brewery. Its color is a hazy, muddy tangerine and it sports a half finger cap of bright white, fluffy foam. The smell of the yuzu is big and fresh. There are also notes of lemon, lime, and floral hops. It is very fragrant. The taste opens with tart - almost bitter - citrus. The yuzu, lemon, and lime dominate. There are additional hints of pineapple and tropical fruit. Beneath is a dry, crackery malt base. There is good, clean bitterness throughout. It has a full mouth feel with pleasant carbonation, and it is very easy to drink at 6.0% ABV. Overall, Like a Ritual is a refreshing, flavorful, and rather unique ale. The work of two fine brewers.
