Brewed with Pilsner malt and hopped with Saphir hops for a lush, hop forward Pilsner character that drinks smooth and crisp.

On draught at the brewery. Served in a mug. It pours a slightly hazy, grassy yellow color with a big, creamy, milk-white head and very thick lacing. It is aromatic with the scent of lemon zest and dry cracker. It's taste offers a good balance of dry wheat cracker and lemon peel. There are modest spice notes and just a hint of hop bitterness. It has a pleasantly lite, crisp mouth feel with appropriate carbonation, and the 5.5% ABV gives it good substance for the style. Overall, Tutti Pazzi is a pleasant drinking Italian Pilsner; and one that I'd drink again any time.
