Presentation: 12 oz brown bottle with no freshness date.
Appearance: Deep golden hue with a rich and healthy caked on lace.
Smell: Noble hops in the nose with a malty background.
Taste: Crisp malty palate with a sweet herbal hop presence that leaves a semi assertive bitterness. Some malt sweetness in the middle though dries up in the end. Mildly toasted malt holds its own and gets a little more grainy in the finish with a fading hop flavour.
Notes: All in all a clean crisp old world pilsner ... pretty much a quality German style pilsner without the imported taste.
