Sampled 12/31/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours yellow, slightly hazy, some fluffy white head, no real lacing but some retention.
Aroma is lemon, wheat, typical American Pale Wheat Ale.
Flavor is again typical of the style. Wheat, lemon, grass, some malt, and hints of booze. Medium bitterness. Fizzy.
Body is light/medium as is drinkablity.
