A Smoked Bavarian Maibock or "May" bock. A Maibock is the German word for a strong, golden Spring lager. A blend of beechwood smoked pale malt and pilsner malt create a balanced sweetness to counteract the smooth smokiness. Hersbrucker hops adds an herbal hoppiness and a traditional cold conditioned finish using lager yeast creates one truly unique beer!

Smokin' Goat pours a clean, copper-colored beer. The aroma is a blend of smoke notes and a farm-like spice. The flavor has a good smoky flavor and a nice, farmhouse-like, candied spice. Good feel.
