The True Hopical is our interpretation of an American IPA, a beer that encourages an abundant use of hops to achieve the fresh and fruity notes that characterizes the style . This beer is brewed with a two-row pale ale malt, crystal malt and carapils malt. The hops are Zeus, Mosaic and Citra wich we've used excessively. All for your true hopical experience.

Pours a clear amber with fine head.
Smell is fruity and a bit floral. Notes of grapefruit, pine, peach and some earthy hints.
Taste is fruity and floral with a solid bitterness. Notes of grapefruit and peach with some earthy and spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a good west coast IPA, drinkable but nothing special.
