Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a very slightly hazy, medium golden amber with a big, four finger white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma of biscuity wort malt, mild citrus hops and a little malted milk ball. Flavor is biscuty wort malt, dry malt, faint citrus hops and a touch of lemon. Very little lingering bitterness. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. One of the most subdued NA beers I've had. Has the typical light maltiness like the wort brewing stage, and a pleasant malt flavor. The hops are very faint, with some hints of nice Citra style lemon notes but at a very low level. This would be better described as a lightly hopped malt beverage; it misses the IPA mark although what hops it has do lean West Coast. Likeable enough as a malt beverage, but nothing exciting. I does look nice, like an IPA.

Thin, white head with big bubbles. Medium golden orange appearance. Restrained, spiced and fruity, medium toasted malt aroma. Sharp, medicinal tinged, caramel malt taste. Body is thin and finish is a sharp medicinal one.

Can. White head with lace. Clear golden color.
Mango, orange peel, papaya. Floral and piney hops. Very flavorful. Even some bitterness.
A well done ipa with decent distro to boot.

Poured from a 12 ounce can dated 5-14-24 into a tulip glass.
Look- Medium gold, very mild haze, slightly off white creamy head, average head retention and lacing.
Smell- Pine, slight grapefruit, slight biscuit, medium strength of scent.
Taste- Pine, grapefruit, slight biscuit, between weak and medium strength of flavor.
Feel- Thin body, moderate bitterness, average carbonation, moderately creamy, mildly dry finish.
Overall- This beer had a nice medium gold color with average head retention and lacing. The bouquet was pleasant, but needed more pine and citrus character to complement the bready malt. Flavor could have used more pine and citrus punch as well. Body was thinner than desired with less bitterness than expected from the style. Overall for being a NA beer I was very surprised by the amount of aromatics and flavor this beer delivered.

Serving: 12 oz can poured into a 14 oz Rastal Teku glass.
Appearance: Slightly hazy golden amber with a solid frothy head of white foam.
Smell: Lightly piney and citrusy notes atop a sweet aroma of wort.
Taste: Biscuit malty wort with subtle pine, citrus and soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body, slightly creamy, with moderate but soft carbonation.
Overall: A little short of a full blown IPA, but satisfying as a hop-leaning malt beverage.

West Coast IPA pours a clear, copper color with a big, long-lasting, and lacing head. The aroma has a soybean note, and it's a bit weaker. The flavor has a biscuit flavor, lots of soybeans, vegetables, a very off sweetness, and a hint of pine. Good feel. Overall, it's interesting, not very ipa-like.
