Well I am doing sound at the club next door tonight, but it's not open yet. Meanwhile for various reasons, I had to get dropped off, with all my equipment and guitars, two hours early. So I asked the bartenders if I could put my stuff on the sidewalk and sit at the window watching it whilst having a beer and a burger. They were more than happy to help, so here I am.
It's kind of an eclectic mix between a cafe and an industrial brewery. Not that uncommon a setup these days
The food is kinda she-she (sp?), pretty rich and fancy, with an apparent fetish for Gouda cheese.
My first beer is real nice. A raspberry hibiscus saison, 5.5% ABV. They seem to be on a fruity kick as many of the choices are fruited in some way.
Overall I like it and would surely recommend it if you're in town and thirsty.

A cycling-themed brewpub located a block away from San Antonio’s Ft. Sam Houston, with all that that might imply. Welcoming for some, although I wasn’t feeling it from the biking side of things. Bites and small plates were good, beer still needs some work.
