Had this one on tap at the brewpub on 9/10/10.
A-Pours a coppery amber with great sticky lacing from a medium white head.
S-Malty with earthy and citrusy hops in equal measure, aling with a solid blast of diacetyl.
T-Very solid. Really nice bitterness throughout with some finishing caramel sweetness and just a hint of butter.
M-Medium bodied with a bit of slickness on the tongue/
D-I was expecting mediocrity based on what I'd read of this brewpub chain. Boy was I wrong. I drank two and could easily have enjoyed more if my visit to Whistler were longer.
