20oz on draught at the brewery 2-6-23.
Not a German Pilsner per se but limited by choice when adding - maybe more of an Italian Pilsner if I had to pick.
1/4" white head with good retention. Golden body with great clarity and some lacing. Big floral, fresh, and hoppy nose with a light touch of sulfur. Crisp, clean and snappy mouthfeel with a nice hit of bitterness and a more-ish finish. Nice pairing with a tasty lunch of butter chicken. Very Good.
