Brewed with barley from Canada and the UK this west coast style IPA finds a balance between a solid malt backbone and rich hop character. Generous additions of Centennial and Amarillo hops in the kettle and further dry hopping with Cascade lend an intensely hoppy flavour that will make a light beer drinker beg for mercy!

Updates:
2-6-17: On tap at the Brewhouse. Day off today after two days on the slopes with the boy and wife. Very inviting IPA served in a tall pint glass. Everyday IPA on the menu went down way too easy. When in town, try this first.
3-13-16 - On tap at the BrewHouse at Whistler! Served in a BrewHouse pint glass. Wonderful after a day of skiing at Blackcomb. Tasty IPA with slight head that clings to the walls of the glass. Golden orange color and not too hoppy. So good I picked up a growler for the weekend.

Easily one of my favourite IPA's in North America... I can't quite put my finger on it why I love it so much... I even spoke with the brew master about this. This beer is pretty much his baby.

Not as hoppy as the description would have you believe, or perhaps I've just been drinking too many Double IPAs lately to judge properly. This one has a nice grapefruit flavour. I'm glad I got the chance to try it, and I'd certainly order it again.

I really liked this one. The British malts were certainly apparent, but it wasn't plagued with crystal malt like some.
The aroma and hop flavour is very bold... tangerine, nectarine and grapefruit rind... with a little something else. I wonder if they've changed up the hopping a bit and thrown in something from New Zealand.
The mouthfeel is very smooth, with very little residual sweetness. I know some people like a crisper IPA, but I liked this one. It's different than most west coast offerings.
Very drinkable; overall it's done well.

A passable IPA, at the brewpub. The only half-interesting brew here this day. Off-notes, vegatable like, so orange from Amarillo, dry hopped cascade, and cabbage. A little hop and also funk in aroma. Its hoppy though. Copper colour, white head and lace sheet. IBU 60.Not overcarbonated as its sister beers.OK drinkability.
