On tap at Ithaca Beer Company in Ithaca, NY.
Pours a dark brown, with a half inch of head, and not much lacing.
Smells roasty, a little smokey, with some chocolate.
The taste is pretty similar, one of the better Irish dry stouts I've had. The flavors are slightly muted and low key, but what is there is pretty nice. Roasted malt, chocolate, a bit of char and smoke.
Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, creamy smooth mouthfeel.
Haven't had many stouts from Ithaca, this was OK, not the best, though.
