On tap at Ithaca Beer Company in Ithaca, NY.
Pours a hazy golden peach color, with a one inch head, and some good lacing down the glass.
Smells like white wine, grapes, Belgian yeast.
The same can be said for the taste. A little bit tart and funky, with some nice vinous wine character, some grapes, lemon, and orange, with some fruity berry like esters.
Light to medium bodied, good carbonation, crisp, dry mouthfeel.
An interesting BA brew, one of the few wine barrel aged beers I've enjoyed.
