On tap at The Basin Pub in Bushnell's Basin, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear, slightly hazy orange, with a small head, and a good amount of sticky lacing.
Smells like candied pineapple, honeyed malt, pine, grass, and melon.
This is a little bit too sweet to be a top tier IPA, but it's still pretty good. There's some syrupy honeyish malt, with some orange, grapefruit, and melon, and a little bit of pine. Most of the flavors contribute to the sweet end of the spectrum.
This is medium bodied, a little bit syrupy in the mouthfeel, with a crisp amount of carbonation.
Not too bad, but not Ithaca's best hoppy work here.

Piney at the core, but bookended with lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Big flavors, not overly bitter as the malts balance out the hop profile, and it pops on the first sip. Very drinkable for the punch it packs.

My husband and I tried the Commons IPA over the weekend and absolutely loved it. It was so flavorful, full of hops, yet smooth. We didn't realize that it was 9% alcohol, which was a bonus! But meant that I could only have one. We tried to get a growler to bring home and were told that they were sold out. Both of us were so disappointed to learn that it was only a one time brew. Please Please Please make this one again, preferably for retail sale!
