On tap at the brewery. Pours a pitch black color with almost no head. The aroma is chocolate, coffee and caramel with a subtle smokiness. The taste is chocolate and caramel with some smoke. Earthy with a peaty, but chocolate finish. Light floral hops. Light mouthfeel and very drinkable. Overall, solid Schwarzbier.
