Pours a light pale amber with a frothy white head that hangs around and leaves trails of lace.
Big floral notes and fruity undertones with an earthy herbal punch.
Taste follows nose with some nice subtleties.

A thanks to the reigning champion of canned beer, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a burnt orange color with a 1 inch head. Smell is full of fruits, none standing out. Taste is fruity, but less so than the aroma, pine is present, a bit earthy, moderate bitterness. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.

10/15/18 pkg date.
Amber with solid 1-finger off-white head with good retention and lacing.
Fruit salad aroma with strong strawberry and blueberry with melon and guava.
Flavor is bolder than the aroma with blueberry, strawberry, grapefruit, and melon and softer honeysuckle and herbal components. Minimal caramel malt and solid malt backbone. Medium bitterness at most. Difficult to assess yeast esters as beer is fruity but no perfume-like elements.
Feel is light-medium bodied with medium carbonation and dry finish.
Easily the best beer of the 8-pack. Nice work on this one Ithaca. Should be a constant in their lineup.

16 oz can-enjoyed out of a snifter.
Deep Orange color with 1 inch of white head that recedes quickly leaving spotty lacing and a film on top. Ripe berries, fresh grass and sweet malt on the nose and palate. The berry flavor really stands out in this. I am leaning toward blueberry but I am not quite sure. Medium mouthfeel and carbonation makes for a good drink. Pretty nice offering with a unique hop profile. I would definitely have this again. Recommended.

Appearance: orange in color with a one finger head that falls to a thick surface foam.
Smell: orange and some tropical fruit tones are detectable.
Taste: caramel, orange, mango, some bread, and a moderate bitterness. Alcohol is slightly warming here.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp throughout. Some dryness arrives late.
Overall: a well balanced and flavorful IPA focused on Mosaic hops. Really enjoyable.

Nice, dry IPA. It's pretty high on the ABV. Compare this one to the Mosaic by Founders. It is the big brother, but then again, Founders' product is more of a session brew.
