Had this towards the end of October 2019 New England trip. Now that BA is all aggro social media justice, perhaps this RE(EEE)view gets reported. Was the first beer at Ithaca Brewing on a very busy Friday evening. By far the worst too. Legit compromised, and I think the other guy that had it on Oct 19 on untappd who called it out knows what I'm talking about.
Pours a darker color for something of session level strength. Has the full on amber caramel appearance with 1/4" off white head. Hey that's an interesting aroma. Its not hoppy, and smells um, let's say compromised. Like a tap line, or the product itself, is not up to par.
Taste confirmed the aroma was bad, had that slick aftertaste and was just unquestionably bad. Sometimes its like you're drinking a rotten bag of popcorn left under a bag of chicken in the hot sun. Thankfully, it was just this beer, as every other one I had that evening was not such a disappointing flaw.
