Golden copper in color. Slightly, turbid with small floats. Nice lacing. Slightly lighter in color than the OG flower power.

Smell: Pine, berries, herbs a slightly savory onion and earthy aroma. Extremely complex - this mostly comes from the mosaic dry hopping.

Flavor: Sweet upfront, but finishes with savory bitterness. Similar to the aroma berries, pine, mango except that the flavor is more herbal pine and earthy than fruity.

Feel: light bodied, slightly sweet, the bitterness really sneaks up on you.

Overall: It retains a lot of what makes the OG flower power special in that it really focuses on the aromatics of the hops while retaining an old school IPA bitterness, but Mosiac is definitely the star here as it should be with this series. It really allows you taste this hop varietal. I really enjoyed that it did this without being an oily NEIPA with loads of sediment. A classic IPA with new school hops.

From a 16oz can dated 6/15/21 into a tulip.

Pours a very hazy orangish yellow with about two and a half fingers of white head. Great retention and lacing.

Smells of mango, tangerine and some grass/onion, bit of pine.

Taste is dominated by piney, resiny bitterness. Slight citrus taste mixed in. Earthy notes as well.

Medium to full-bodied. Sticky mouthfeel. Strong bitter after taste. Medium carbonation.

Overall, not a bad beer. I thought I was buying OG Flower Power which I enjoy but didn't see the "fine print" about the mosaic hops. Think I would have enjoyed the OG better, but this was pretty nice.

It's almost too easy - Flower Power's base hop profile of Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade, and Ahtanum, dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and Amarillo - now toss in Mosaic - a super-fine IPA, delivers the goods on all fronts - tastes, smell, feel, looks...
