This one pours a very lightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grapefruit, lemongrass, chalk, malt, and orange.
The bitterness on this one is a little odd - it’s got a dry and almost chalky grassy bitterness, with more typical orange and grapefruit hop character.
This is light bodied, a little bit too bitter, but still reasonably drinkable.
Ithaca still is not that good at IPAs anymore.
