Inspired by the Daruma doll, this Japanese rice lager is a tribute to persistence—fall down seven times, stand up eight. Brewed without alcohol and without compromise, it’s crisp, clean, and dry. Rice strips it down to the essentials, leaving a bright, polished beer where nothing hides and every detail matters.
With a Daruma, you fill in one eye when you set a goal, and the other when you achieve it. Until then, it watches—steady and unblinking—a daily reminder to keep going.

L - Pale yellow/hay with a frothy white head that dissipates somewhat quickly, leaving a good amount of lacing behind
S - rice, barely, slight hops
T - rice, barely, and a lot of malt with slight hop on the backend.
F - medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp. Refreshing. Dry
O - this is honestly a pretty close approximation to Asahi and is pretty drinkable.
