25 cl tap pour at Beer Mosaic in Toulouse, FR. This batch came in (December 2024) at 6% ABV.
Bubbly foam settled down over deep brown ale.
Nose is firm dark roast malt with a vanilla and coffee grounds note.
Taste follows. It’s a very tasty and rich malt flavor with short bitterness, medium roast coffee, ends slightly sweet and dry.
Mouth is medium and there is medium to high carbonation.
Overall, not a bad porter at all.
