25 cl tap hit at Beer Mosaic, Toulouse, FR.
Rather flimsy pour, scraggly loose foam up on chestnut color brew.
Nose is grainy cereal, rye, little cocoa.
Taste follows, adding some molasses, coffee, rye bread, tad of banana. Sweet and almost dry finish.
Mouth and carbonation are medium.
Overall, all right - the rye works well - but feels like there could be so much more.,
