16 oz can into a nonick pint glass.
L: SRM 6 pours 95% clear amber with a 1/4" domed off white head that has good retention receding to thick froth, lush steady carbo, medium lacing with some banding lines.
S: Pineapple, citrus zest, resin, a hint of cookie dough, caramelized malts with warming.
T: Citrus zest, pine resin, distant hard candy sweetness that is won over by bitterness, has a lingering bitter finish, caramelized malts.
F: Smooth medium bodied feel with a medium-long gently drying finish.
O: A lovely and mellow no frills IPA with an English feel. Well balanced and well blended. Mellow at first then has a nice slow build to a bitter finish. It is very good in its style.
