The appearance is that of a young metheglin mead... Orange/yellow hue.
The smell actually "reminds" me of the first moment (as a Brewer) you open a bag of hop pellets. Not incredibly overpowering. But a lovely hoppy aroma.
The mouth feels/taste is something like a summertime juice that you really need to quench that thirst during a hot
