Solstrejf is a 100% organic and locally produced hazy New England IPA made in collaboration with Svaneke Bryghus in Bornholm, Denmark. It is deliciously fruity, hoppy and fresh with a beautiful golden yellow colour – The perfect companion for a warm, sunny day.

Copenhagen 16/4 2023. 33 cl bottle from Kvickly, Nørrebrogade. Kbh. N. Golden yellow label stating the basic facts as name and style of the beer.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy and almost transparent layer of foam. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a sharp citric and a bit harsh scent. Peach and clementine. Grapefruit. Touch of fermentation.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, almost ft texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a sightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Sweet fermented undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent, fruity NEIPA.
