British-style pale ale (we mean British, like no American hops, none) was brewed entirely with Maris Otter malt and dry hopped with East Kent Goldings, Saaz, and Hersbrucker. Notes of Asian Pears, black tea, anise, and fresh bread. Served on the hand pump, this beer defines drinkable.
