Ghost Notes is a 7% IPA we brewed with Paul and Al of Cloudwater Brew Co from Manchester, UK. Hopped in the New English way with tons of Grüngeist, Equinox, and Mandarina Bavaria. Notes of fresh orange juice, ripe stone fruit, vanilla, lime, and your favorite grass.

Solid cloudy yellow-peach haze with minimal head. Creamy citrus aromas - orange, lime, and grapefruit - and an earthy/spicy dank edge. Orange juice and bold pineapple mingle with peach and lime, leafy herbal hops, and pine resin. Smooth, creamy, lightly bitter in the mouth, Good .

Appearance - Definitely NE haze happening here.... Gentle pour from the quart can ( to avoid drippage) into a tulip glass. .. resulting in minimal half inch head... lacing minimal but present...
Nose-.... uh oh... hops almost gave me whiplash....
Taste - Not the tongue bruiser the nose braced me for... very pleasant juicy hop presence on first sip... pineapple. . This is one of those beers that a 4 oz sample would not do justice. .. Subsequent swallows demonstrate that beer is to be experienced. .. This beer created a pallette shift fir me as i finished the quart.... with the variations and perceptions all very pleasant. .
Finishes a bit sweeter with slight alcohol presence but nowhere near cloying or burn... (probably the only taste buds left that weren't floored by the juicy hophaze)
Want more.....shoulda bought more than one can....
