Hazed antique bronze with a finger of very creamy near-white head. Thick sheets of lacing.
Pleasant aroma of fruited black iced tea. I'm getting berries and apricot. Some very light biscuity malt as well.
Dry and creamy tasting, with strong, earthy dull bitterness -- like raw black tea very light on the water and heavy on the leaves. A hint of the fruit from the nose. A nutty backend.
Creamy feel, full bodied, with almost zero carbonation.
A bit drier and earthier than I enjoy, but it is drinkable and fairly complex.
