Hazy pale orange with two fingers of slightly-yellowed head that leave nice rings of lacing.
Big aroma of pungent, overripe orange with hints of grapefruit, mango, hard candy and yeast.
It’s pungent tasting, too, with a potpourri of flavors: cream, custard, overripe citrus, dull grass, citrus pith, lemon zest, Chardonnay, lime, yeast. Semi-dry finish.
Medium bodied, lightly creamy feeling, with strong fizz.
Interesting beer. It’s sort of like a cross between a NEIPA and saison. Very enjoyable.
