Appearance: Pours a clear amber color with a one finger head; spotty lacing
Smell: Rustic malt aromatics with earthy tones of toffee and stone fruit
Taste: Malt forward with toffee and herbal/stone fruit tones; earthy hops add a modest bitterness, in the middle, with both elements blended in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Interesting malt flavors but I would prefer a bit more balance in the direction of the hops
