Brewed with Maris Otter, some crystal malt, and some golden naked oats. It was hopped in the spin cycle with lots of Goldings and Grungeist.

Poured from a 5L cask in a box! Catching up on old notes from June 2021.
Color falls in between deep amber and brown with excellent clarity. Very small white head with big bubbles, true to cask form. Earthy and fruity aroma bursting with stone fruit from the hops. Floral notes as well. You get more of the malt in the flavor than the aroma. Rich, bready, biscuit-like malt before making way for those fruity and floral hops again. Balance learns more towards the hops. Medium-light bodied, very soft and clean.
Cask beer at home? Yes, please! I want one of these in my fridge at all times. My recommendation is to drink it within a day or two, as it started to go flat about 24 hours after opening.
