We mashed in Bohemian floor malted pilsner barley with a double decoction, hopped it with some Hersbrucker and lots of Saaz, fermented it cold and slow with a Czech lager yeast, and spunded at the end of fermentation to capture all the natural carbonation from the tiniest and most flavorful bubbles.
