Canned on: ?????
Many thenaks to The_Kriek_Freak for this can!
A - Medium gold colored pour with perfect clarity and dense, soapy lacing with light carbonation.
S - Allspice, with some pepper, and fruitiness.
T - Some pepper, all spice, peach, a little herbally, and ends with balanced with a grapefruit bitterness that gains momentum after the sip leaving a trail of pleasing bitterness.
M - Big medium body with prickly carbonation.
O - A rock solid pale ale with an interesting twist. It's also nice to have a clear beer for a change and not a haze bomb.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single from a local bottle shop for $5.99 plus tax. No canned on date; from social media, this was released on June 29, which would make this can just 5 1/2 weeks old.
Look: It basically gave the perfect pour. I probably had a lot of luck too because I poured aggressively and stopped just in time for the head to not overflow and create that beautiful look when the head climbs and suspends itself above the rim of the glass. It has a nice light copper color with beautiful clarity and an off-white head with fairly small bubbles.
Smell: I get nice peachy notes, along with clove and pepper up front. I also get grassy notes and some mango and orange notes. I don't think that I would have picked this out on my own, but the brewer's tasting note spoiled it for me and I totally concur with the "purple Big League Chew" although I think that I would personally say grape Dubble Bubble. Green bell pepper on the finish.
Taste: So crushable and so delicious. I could drink a lot of this. What can I say? I'm such a sucker for beers brewed with Nelson Sauvin and when you combine it with Forest & Main's craftmanship, it's certainly a winning combination. It's really tasty and the flavors basically mirror the nose. Up front, it has a nice, sweet, grainy maltiness. I'm not sure what kind of malts are used here besides the malted corn; I would guess that a specialty malt like Vienna malt is used to give it a bit of that darker, caramel malt base. Nice notes of peach, cantaloupe, and apricot. It has a very clean flavor profile. The finish is moderately bitter with a fairly long and dry finish - lots of peppery, earthy notes lingering on the palate.
Feel: It's medium bodied with a bit of chewiness. It's really easy drinking, very clean and perfectly carbonated. Nice soft mouthfeel with the carbonation.
Overall: It's another winner from Forest & Main in my opinion. These guys just rock! I'm pretty sure that this is my first beer with malted corn. It's interesting; I wonder how different this beer would taste if they just used malted barley. This hop combination is truly killer: Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Comet. Total fire!

It’s crazy, everyone can’t stop talking about Malted Corn West Coast Pale Ales and no one knows where to get them! Don’t worry, we got you - with some Fanfare Encore, brewed with some malted corn from @DeerCreekMalt and hopped heavily with Nelson Sauvin, Cascade, and Comet. Joking aside, malted corn brings some crazy biotransformation capabilities that you really wouldn’t suspect, and seems to work really well with the right hops.
We’re getting wild notes of purple Big League Chew, white grape jam, psychedelic grilled bananas, sweet lemon poppyseed scones, and some strawberry hard candies. Be the first on your block to crush some Malted Corn Pale Ale this summer and you’ll be the talk of the neighborhood!
