Hacheemachee a 7 percent hazy ipa! We brewed this one with so many grains - barley, oats, spelt, and wheat. Then we hopped it heavily in the spinner and the dry hopper with luscious sacks of Strata and Cashmere.
Even just spilling this beer on a table is a delightful sensory experience, but all the more so if you manage to drink it all. Notes of strawberries with sweet dark red flesh, fresh squeezed mandarin juice, ripe mango, aromatic hop oils jumping from the glass, and a fresh bowl of marihuana.

Dark apricot-amber is the color of the brew that arrived inside a nearly full clear pint glass. Just drawn from a tap, there's a solid off-white head, almost an inch thick, on top of a cloudy body. Although not pronounced, the aroma is pleasantly complex with notes of freshly baked bread, berries and drupes. The taste isn't nearly as sweet, with a solid hoppy bitterness from beginning to end that is more resinous than anything else, but does bring a slightly citrusy aspect, too. The mouthfeel is a little light, but not thin and it carries a full tasting AIPA very nicely. Substantial stratified glass lacing makes this one of the prettiest beers you'll have. Overall, this is an excellent modern American IPA.

16oz can. Poured out a cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, mango, orange and sweet caramel. Nice tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and piney notes.
