Pours a chill-hazed honey color with a thumb of cream-colored head. Pretty good head retention & lacing
S: Toasty, bready
T: Biscuity malt, grassyness, a touch of woody hops up front. Woody & floral hops as this beer warms up, toastyness persists, plus a little breadyness too. Finishes a little dry with woody hops, biscuitty malt & a touch of grassyness
MF: Medium body dialed back carbonation. Carbonation picks up once warm, good balance
Spot on take on the style, easy to drink, great flavor for the low ABV

This one pours a golden brown color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells slightly honeyed, with bready malt, spicy hops, tea, and a bit of nuttiness.
There’s so much flavor to this, for only being 3.7%. It’s richly malty, some honey, caramel, and crusty breadiness, some light nuttiness, and a nice slightly fruity and slightly bitter hop character. It accomplishes so much with so little.
This is light bodied, semi creamy, and really drinkable.
I have to try any mild that I come across, whenever I see one, as it’s one of my favorite styles, and I really don’t see it enough.

Pours a clear copper color like iced tea. White head. Aroma of toasted bread, tea cookies, a little fruitiness. Similar taste, starts a little sweet but finishes more balanced. Thin to medium bodied.
