Rush Hour - 5.5% Hazy IPA. A super simple pale barley base provides the canvas for hoppy hazy Mosaic experience. Some Huell Melon and Mosaic were added in the whirlpool, but this beer is really driven by its heavy Mosaic dry hopping. We’re getting notes of blueberries and Blueberry cannabis, a yellow cake where you’ve used more vanilla than the recipe called for, some easy peeling tangerines, fresh apple strudel, and some lemon curd.
