We brewed this heady sports IPA with 2 row barley, spelt, and white wheat and hopped it with tons of Strata and Mosaic. It has some real wild notes of expressive kumquats, tropical fruit custard dessert, Pre-98 Bubba Kush, dried pineapple trail mix, almond croissant, tangerine juice, and a sassy West Coast vibe.

L- Pours a slightly hazy coppery orange color with a foamy head.
S- Pine notes with some citrus fruit.
T- Subtle pine, grapefruit flavor. Pleasant bitterness.
F- Lush smooth mouthfeel with light carbonation.
O- Very enjoyable WCIPA.

Too bitter and thin in body. Needs more flavorful hops and malts.
