Opera Season - 4.6% Baby IPA
This one is like when you see a cute tiny baby with a full grown head of lush curly hair; tons of beautiful hop aroma and flavor, but the abv content of something much smaller. We brewed this with barley and malted wheat and hopped it with Sabro, Citra, and Mosaic.
It has notes of luscious tropical fruit juices, tangerine, pineapple, mango, white Airheads, rare white toast, as well as some nice classy IPA flavors.

Purchased as part of a 4 pack.
L- Very hazy almost tab color with a frothy head.
S- Ripe tropical fruit.
T- Hop bitterness dominates up front but the flavor seems watered down.
F- Light mouthfeel with moderate carbonation.
O- A decent “Baby IPA” but nothing special. A solid Sunday afternoon sipper.
