Perfect Noon - 6.5% West Coast IPA.
We brewed this classic crusher with 2-Row barley, Aromatic, and light Crystal malt; and heavily hopped and dry hopped it with Strata.
It pours a beautifully clear summer honey color with a lacey white head, and has classic West Coast notes of citrus and pine, easy peeling clementines, trying to learn the difference between a Douglas and a Fraser Fir, ripe and sticky apricots, and sneaking some dried dates in your mango smoothie.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a 4-pack for $18.99. According to Instagram, this was released approximately 9 weeks ago.
Look: Nice copper color with a fluffy head that mostly dissipated, leaving some rocky lacing behind. Nice clarity. Carbonation looks nice. The head retention did better after pouring the rest of the can. The beer only gained a soft haze after pouring the bottom of the can.
Smell: Nice berry and pine notes. I'm picking up some stone fruit like peach and mango and also some tropical notes like passion fruit. Also citrus like grapefruit. Smells really nice. Spicy and peppery finish.
Taste: This is a very solid West Coast IPA. There's something both distinct yet familiar about it; I think that the usage of Strata definitely makes it interesting. And of course it has a classic WCIPA profile. It's nicely balanced with a malt base that's slightly caramelly along with the abundance of bitter, flavorful hops. The finish is dry with a long-lingering bitterness that is zesty, a bit pithy, and a bit peppery. It's very quaffable. I also like that this beer has a bit of acidity on the finish, and I think that it really helps to make it super easy to drink.
Feel: Medium bodied - the crystal malt gives it a nice chewiness. The carbonation is spot on.
Overall: Like almost everything that Forest & Main brews, it's super solid. I've had a few beers brewed with Strata before, and this is probably the tastiest and most drinkable one.
