We brewed this hoppy ale with barley and flaked oats; and hopped it with tons of Simcoe and Mosaic.
There ain’t nothing wrong with Simcoe and Mosaic, and this one really lets them shine. It’s super clean with big fruity notes like apricot, peach rings, mixed berry smoothie, some citrus curd, and some marijuana flavored marijuana gummies.
