Little Guy -4% Baby IPA
We brewed this Hazy Baby IPA with 2 row barley and flaked oats, and hopped it with lots of Mosaic, Cashmere, and Chinook. As a reminder, we approach our Baby IPAs with the hoppy enthusiasm of an IPA, but we just dial back the alcohol; they’ve got more hop character than our Pale Ales (we use the same hop volume as our full strength IPAs), but they have an abv level that encourages an extra round.
We’re getting notes of blueberry the fruit and Blueberry the weed strain, with some juicy clementine, apricot danish, white peach, and f'ed up pineapple.
