Clear amber brew with abundant foam to start. Aroma is sharp and fruity with tea in the nose. Taste is not exactly sour, but very tart and super tangy. Some fruity flavors in the Belgian style. This is quite woody tasting, like more of the barrel than was good for it. Or more of the Oolong tea than anybody needs. It tastes more like tea the more you sip. And more bitter. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Canned 01/19/24, almost a year and a half ago, so maybe it's mellowed a little.
