Rating of Bourbon The Prophecies 2015. On tap at block 15.
This has the body and mouthfeel of thick viscous of a bba stout as well as its tastes and aromas combined with the dark fruits of a belgian strong dark ale. The complex pieces come together to make something greater than the sum of its parts. This outdoes both a traditional bba stout and a top not Belgian strong dark ale. The bourbon presence is strong and intense adding to the complexities.
What a treat. I hope they bottle this. Highly recommended.

On tap at the brewpub.
While this was a tasty beer, I thought the flavor profile was a bit muddled at present. The beer is fairly sweet, with some noticeable dark fruits, dark chocolate and underlying bourbon. It was a tasty enough beer, but it really didn't seem to compare well with the current SN and Cherry Imagine currently on tap as well.
