Stout, Cold Conditioned W/ Coffee Beans
Working alongside our south Corvallis neighbors, Bespoken Coffee Roasters, we elevated our classic Nebula Stout with additional malt and a 24-hour cold extraction on freshly roasted Ethiopia Yukiro coffee. Both varietal and roast profile were selected to complement this stout with a buttery nuttiness, zesty citrus, and gentle black tea finish. Inspired by ristretto espresso's decadent flavor, our Double Ristretto variation features an extra-generous shot of rich, malty first runnings, as well as a higher concentration of coffee during cold extraction. The result is a pungent roast and chocolate malt character and a thicker, creamier body.

Bottle on the RBSG Bus. Dark brown / near black pour, small beige head sticks around. Dark roast malt and coffee are present in the aroma.Taste offers some adjunct flavors to the primarily coffee flavor, dark chocolate and vanilla. Nice texture and consistency leads to a very bitter finish.

Darkest of mahogany colour with a large thick and creamy tan head. Excellent looking beer.
Aromas of medium roast coffee and milk chocolate, Some cream and sugar.
Taste similar..like reall creamy frothy cofee..with a bitter chocolate finish..very nice.
Very good thick and smooth mouth feel.
Excellent drinkable stout for 9%

This beer pours black and is topped with three inches of mocha head that leaves decent lacing.
The smell is coffee, roasted malt, and dark chocolate.
It has good coffee flavor. The roasted malt flavor still comes through though. It has a mildly bitter coffee finish.
Medium to full bodied.
It is a solid beer. I just received it not too long ago, so it is past its prime. The coffee has faded some.
