Poured into a Seattle Beer Week pint glass. Pours a moderately hazy, medium golden amber with a one finger white head with great retention and good lacing. Juicy aroma of lightly caramel malt, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, mixed tropical fruit and celery. Flavor is pale malt, orange, grapefruit, lemon, red berries, mixed tropical fruit. Long lingering resinous fruit forward citrus and mixed fruit finish. Medium bodied with light creaminess. This one is a bit different. It is hazy enough that I expected the juicy aroma, but this is properly hopped and is not a NE style, although there is a lot of hop fruit character here. It leans towards the grapefruit / citrus rind end of the spectrum even though it's fairly fruit complex. The finish is excellent, with the kind of herbal hop flavors expected from hazies, but with fine hop bitterness, tastes resinous, but without overt pine flavors. It left fleeting, interesting flavors on the tongue long after the sip ended. Nicely done.

Canned 9/11, picked up @ ABV.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is loaded with fruit, a blend of citrus (tangerine, mandarins), stone fruit (peach), tropical fruit (papaya and passionfruit) and tempered by a mild, soft malt character. The palate opens with a moderate bitterness that's a blend of citrus and mild pine, with oranges, mandarin and pine notes present. This is followed by a healthy amount of juiciness, bright and fruity, with peach, papaya, passionfruit and more citrus. Medium light in body and softly carbonated to accentuate the fruity hops and allow the bitterness to be noticeable. A little Meyer lemon is noticeable as well. Moderately bitter on the finish with plenty of juicy hops that linger, this beer is impressive.

Pours slightly hazy, with a yellow/white wine color.
Aroma is full of fruit such as mango, berries, and orange.
Flavor follows the same flavors as the smell, a little piney at the back end for a good balance.
Goes down smooth and is quite unique, not like your average juice bomb hazy ipa.

2018 release, from a can.
Perishable Produce pours a glowing yellow gold. It has an unfiltered look to it, hazed but not opaque. An incredible off white froth rests above, coats the surface, and plasters the glass with lace.
The aroma is incredible. Freshly juiced peaches, pineapple, blueberries and grapefruit explode off the surface. A sturdy damp pine forest supports from below.
What a pleasant surprise. It bursts with flavor and is the exact opposite of the most recent muted fruit smoothies. Overloaded with tropical juices (papaya, pineapple) and citrus (tangerine, grapefruit) evenly , then blueberry and even a hint of cactus fruit like flavor, and plenty of pine to linger on. A very simple grain sweetness balances it just a tad.
Light and refreshing with a little tickle and tingle of carbonation before a good bitter punch at the end.
What a great fresh hop beer this is. I'm going back for more. Cheers.

32 oz growler purchased from Growl Movement in Salem OR $8 Poured into a shaker pint. Clear golden coloured beer with a nice sized thick and frothy white head. Aroma as it says on the tin..luscious fruits every where papaya, mango lemon and lime..you could make a candle with this scent! Taste similar very fruity..but also weirdly ( in a nice way) smooth and even creamy! Nice mouth feel smooth lowish carbonation . And not tpp sweet in the end. A strange one ,,...but i liked it.

Blazey.
Bought a 16oz can at a PDX Green Zebra dated Aug. 31/17. (Not cheap, but the green pull tab sealed the deal!)
Pours clear...so none of this "New England style" crap.
This recipe is skewed even more hoppy, and even less malty, than most PNW IPAs. Definite fruity/berry flavors, but not resulting in more sweetness...very subtle and well done.
I noticed acres of blueberry fields on my daytrip to the Corvallis taproom/brewery a few days earlier....so blueberry recipe teaser seems likely legit!
A different taste profile IPA, if not unique. An enjoyable beer, an intriguing effort from an interesting brewery.

Blazey IPA. Was expecting haze but it's not. Yellow gold color. White head with lace.
Very juicy and tropical. Mango and papaya all around. Orange juice. Some bitterness. Floral hops. Really drinkable.
