On tap at The Beermongers
Not as sharp or as solvent-y as the Ruse Kriek, but plenty tart nonetheless. Raspberry seed tannins, barrel tannins, earth, a touch of lemon are all present. The palate opens sour, mildly solvent like with drupe seed character. Bright, tart, sour and mildly solvent like with lime rind notes. Drying, solvent like on the finish. Solid stuff
