Smell is chocolate milk, with some nuttiness. The taste is very impressive. Dark chocolate, coffee, nuts, and a tad of sweetness to balance the bitterness. Mouthfeel is nice and creamy. This is an awesome stout. I wished I had grabbed more than one 4 pack when it was around!

Can I use the name of the beer to describe it? Yes, it's scrumdiddlyumptious. Great name.
Appearance is very dark, with a tan head that dissipates fairly quickly. The smell was surprisingly mild, although it was served pretty cold. The taste is the star feature. It's got a lot of dark chocolate, and some vanilla. It's not all sweet, nor is it particularly milky. There's a lot of dark roasted malts, which contribute a bit of bitterness, and a little coffee. This beer is like a dark chocolate truffle, not a milk chocolate Hershey's. It's much more intense than any milk stout I've had.
The body is medium, or medium thin, compared to the thicker heavier stouts. Overall, this is one to look for.
Serving on tap, at The Shambles, Seattle.
