On tap at ABV
A clear golden with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing this looks solid. The nose has orange zest, a little grapefruit zest, citrus oils and a mild tartness. The palate opens with plenty of citrus zest flavor, and a mild lactic acid character. There's also some Brett funk with a mild clove and plastic note, especially on the mid palate. Mild floral notes are present
Drying, tart on the finish, this beer is light in body and has a lingering citrus pith bitterness and a little clove. Solid.
