Look as pale but has excellent head retention pretty clear... Just a little Haze
Aroma smell citrusy... There's something going to happen here... Not ipa-ish but I'm feeling Simco hops
Taste taste his hops forward not a real bite not a real heavy malt backbone... Citrus at first... After a long settling it turned to the strawberry variety of Simcoe..
Mouthfeel: mellow not sweet... Malty and a little acidic... Goes from citrus... Jto strawberry... as it warms...
It never becomes full hop bitter... IPA drinkers might find it interesting and subtle... This one's marketed to stretch the palate into IPA territory not into IPA madness, but just an introduction... It's a lager not an ale therefore it's maybe cleaner and therefore more forgiving.
Overall: I like this a lot... And maybe it's summer lager... If you need something more than a shandy
